Training types

Strength training lasts about 10 minutes, targeting the main muscle groups. Stretching is a mandatory part of the session to help with recovery and improve posture.

On average, you burn 600 to 700 kcal per session.

This workout is suitable for beginners as well as those who regularly attend Jumping classes!

The workout includes: basic exercises, cardio, dance, boxing, core and back muscle work, balance, and stretching. It’s suitable for all fitness levels. You can choose the range and pace that work best for you.

This is a mini-trampoline workout that uses additional equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, and balls.

During this workout, we target all the muscles of the body, improving skin texture and toning muscles.

Jumping Functional is structured into two blocks: cardio and strength training!

It’s the workout that burns the most calories! Up to 800-900 kcal.

Since childhood, I have loved dancing, singing, and playing the piano! I was always active, curious, and looking for ways to express my energy.

At the age of 25, I discovered Jumping Fitness for the first time – and at that moment, I felt an incredible synergy of everything I loved! I realized that I wanted to share this unique experience with others. For the next 10 years, I dedicated my life to developing Jumping Fitness in my home country and neighboring regions, where in 2016, almost no one had even heard of trampolines. Two years ago, my family and I moved to Paris and fell in love with this city! Paris is dynamic and inspiring, but it was definitely missing a real breakthrough in fitness! Partnering with the best person in my life – my husband and investor, Evgeny – we decided to challenge traditional fitness in Paris and all of France! Let’s go!
